Management should take care of employee instead of being a part of toxic people

I had a highly negative experience with SourceDotCom. The company lacked innovation, provided inadequate employee development opportunities, and had poor work-life balance. Additionally, communication within the company was severely lacking. I would not recommend working for SourceDotCom.

I had an extremely negative experience with SourceDotCom. Not only did the company lack innovation and provide inadequate employee development opportunities, but they also had a strict policy of disallowing mobile devices in the workplace. This restriction severely hindered productivity and communication. Combined with poor work-life balance and communication issues, I strongly advise against working for SourceDotCom.
