Pros

Transparent growth Team conversations about strategy and direction are welcome Challenges teammates to continue to get better and grow

Cons

Working through growth periods can be challenging, though the transparency and openness has helped bridge gaps, that isn't to say that we have not run into things that we've had to iterate on- the plus side of that is the team has been open to feedback

Pros

Salary was a good 35-40% of the rates they contracted us out for the big JD, PFG clients. Soda at hand was great Offices chairs were very comfortable

Cons

The "above and beyond" engagements are more mandatory than you realize with no pay for it. Its your mom's rule again, you gotta do at least one extracurricular after school. Culture is drinking the cool-aid hard. If the essence of linkedin was a company, it would be Source. In these last few years they have moved further and further away from the "flat organization" language as power has condensed into an ambiguous "the leadership". Be careful whose feathers you bristle... Since they are skimming as much cream from the top as they can, PTO has to be accrued, it starts at 14 days which is pretty low. If you are working here, they are gonna clock watch and expect constant engagement, expect 40h+ and discussions about how to maximize your life for the company. Adapt or die
