      You develop a great skill set and become very knowledgable working with channel referrals and tax credits.

      Cons

      Everything negative you can think of. Change of compensation, doubling the annual quota in Q4, and being the blame of everything.

      Source is transforming right now into a powerhouse. Great people, industry leading technical expertise, and a strong vision for growth. It’s an exciting time to be here if you are willing to put in the work and deal with change. New leadership has brought in high tech processes and outside perspectives which is refreshing.
