Staff are very friendly and the office is quite big which is nice.
Cons
They don't believe in working remotely even though there's no need to come into the office. The management is very old school, the managers often hide behind their desks in their office. Mark the owner took a long time to get my credentials for all the systems. They seem nice but beware they are not. They didn't allow a pregnant co worker to work remotely while she was not feeling well. Even when the covid protocols demanded they let people work from home, multiple coworkers called the health department and asked them to tell Sound Insurance to let people work remotely. It was only at the very end that they allowed people to work remotely until covid protocols were lifted. Clients were also not happy as there's not enough service staff to take care of existing clients. They wouldn't have had such high turnover if they allowed hybrid or remote. The organization is focused on quantity more than quality of business
