      They allow you to do your work with very few interruptions. NO foolish meetings. NO micro-management, Nice work environment

      No work from home option, they don't think Covid is a big deal

      Pros

      Lots of insurers they broker for. Lots of friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      Lots of restrictions when writing business. The owner is greedy and does not care about his staff. Even when a pregnant lady asked to work remotely during covid they denied unless they were required too allow remote by the law.
