Thanks so much for your review. This is very important to us because we are not only trying to find ways to improve our rider experience, but we are also trying to constantly improve the experience of our employees. We really appreciate you taking the time to give us the feedback.
We're so sorry that you did not have the best experience working at SoulCycle as an assistant manager. It is our belief that successful managers can have a variety of different backgrounds, which means some have more management experience than others. We are constantly learning from each other, whether its managers, instructors, or the corporate team and we are truly devoted to helping our employees learn and grow with the company. We want to invest even more in training and development in order to help all of our SoulCycle team members succeed. This review is helpful in knowing where we can continue to improve. Because we are a company that is growing quickly, we are constantly on the move. This review reminds us to stop and take a moment to take into account feedback from our employees, whether they be past or present, and really learn from this.
