      It's fine as a back up option for employment if you just want to pick up hours around something else. There's part time benefits including pretty good dental. Currently no minimums in center.

      Cons

      Current regional management cares a lot more about numbers than employee satisfaction. If you enjoy freelance you will probably hate the structure and rules.
