No work culture, have to on weekends, continuous micro-management

company has no work culture. they hire freshers and expect then to work like 2-3 years experienced person. three meetings a day ask how much work has done and pressurize to complete it before next meet. expect employees to work on sat and sundays . ceo behave good in meetings but outside meeting he is very rude. by seeing rules and guidelines you will see why the offer letter is made like this. I will not recommend to join this company. no work culture, and you will get no time out of work . don't join this company if you don't want to destroy you personal and mental health. very less pay and expect to work for whole day even on sat sundays. they say this indirectly finish this work before monday scrum. and many times clear instructions that this work should be finished on sat and sunday. for freshers don't join it. not that much learning and pay is very less .
