remote environment, other employees were lovely

founder demands complete servitude at all hours, micromanages every process and is never happy with results, hires professionals then talks down to them and dismisses their ideas, is MIA during working hours but expects prompt responses at 10pm, changes the focus of the business every week, clearly floundering. I could go on but this is all to say avoid at all costs, the comp and benefits are not worth the mental strain.
