Pros
The only thing that makes most night survivable, are the people I work with. For the most part were a great team and we got eachothers backs.
Cons
We recently achieved "gold" certification and the amount of pressure, stress, and work expected from the average employee before and after that certification keeps increasing. Perticipation in there different "teams" (FI, ME ect.) is not required but they sure do make u feel bad if ur not on one. Not to mention allllllll the work and projects they have you do to save the plant 10s of thousands of dollars... Then give u a 25$ gift card they tax at 40% when u finish ur project. Not enough money for the gross amount of work they have been forcing on us.
