Pros
Lots of opportunity to do more and learn new things. There are some truly amazing people that work here.
Cons
The CEO is very old school, his primary motivators are yelling and pitting people against each other. Managers will do their best, but it’s impossible to be insulated from it because the toxicity starts at the top. The CEO is constantly frustrated that he can’t trust staff and yet constantly overrides the vast majority of decisions. The people who have stuck around long enough have accepted this and have stopped trying to influence decision making. The kicker is that doing great work just isn’t rewarded, raises/promotions are rare and overwork is common. The longer you’ve worked here, the more likely you are severely underpaid.
