Pros
The company culture is awesome - a mix of young people and experienced talent makes the office (or irc/skype) a welcome place for learning. With about half the company remote, Management works hard to keep the vibe inclusive. It's not easy but it's definitely a priority. Meetups every 6 months are key to learning about other aspects of the business. The product is at the front of the pack, there's some incredible opportunity and the team recognizes it. The technology behind it is being built by some all-stars in the cloud space. Hard work has been paying off and will continue as the company grows. Industry-leading growth will continue. Smart people are choosing the direction and doing the right things for our success.
Cons
Industry is changing fast and we need to capitalize. 2013 was good but could have been even better, 2014 &2015 should be breakout. Get Sonian's name out there more
