      Pros

      -Provide referrals -Handle all billing -Privide HIPPA compliant video platform -Handle credentialing with insurance -Offer CEs -Easy note taking and submission process -Easy onboarding and support -Competitive pay

      Cons

      -The referrals decrease the longer you are with the app -Some crashing of their video platform recently -They used to be easy to contact and work with, now you can only contact via email and the most recent email I sent notified me that their response may take 8 business days. 8! this is so frustrating because my inquiries are usually more time sensitive or cause disruptions for client services. -Only 50% of my email inquiries have been answered in the last two months

      Pros

      SonderMind has been one of the best work environments I have experienced in my 23-year career. The company genuinely cares about employee well-being, ensures employees are recognized for their contributions, and fosters a culture of respect among colleagues—something I have never experienced to this degree in any prior workplace.

      I genuinely cannot identify any cons of working at SonderMind.

      Pros

      Ability to make your own schedule.

      Cons

      Have not had a rate increase since 2020. The referrals are not consistent and many of them are almost a waste of time.
