      Pros

      I honestly can't think of anything. My experience here has been horrible all throughout.

      Cons

      I left SonderMind because of the lack of support being given to therapists. I was taking on a lot of patients and always had a heavy workload, but despite having a lot of work to do, management never bothered to help me out. The salary I was paid was also insultingly low. I definitely wouldn't recommend working here to anyone.

      Pros

      SonderMind has been one of the best work environments I have experienced in my 23-year career. The company genuinely cares about employee well-being, ensures employees are recognized for their contributions, and fosters a culture of respect among colleagues—something I have never experienced to this degree in any prior workplace.

      Cons

      I genuinely cannot identify any cons of working at SonderMind.

      Pros

      Ability to make your own schedule.

      Cons

      Have not had a rate increase since 2020. The referrals are not consistent and many of them are almost a waste of time.
