salary isn't great... being a small business you MUST earn what you make. If you work hard every day & show up then you will succeed.

They have a really great set of artists.

I was underpaid, over managed (by incompetent managers) and did not receive any benefits. The controller is a micro-manager who can't pull it together. The order-processing software needs to be re-worked, and the drug-user lifestyle culture of the production company employees is the reason for failure in that department.
