-Management can be bias (pick's favorites) -Management not very organized. -When Owner comes in, he can be very rude. Does not care about workers and will not invest in them. Owner is also very cheap. -Customer's can be very inconsiderate, rude, treat you very low. -No perks- no free food or discounts for being a worker there. If there is a discount it is very low. -Pay is minimum wage, plus tips, no benefits.
