Pros
I have been with Solvy for 8 months, I came from working 75 hours a week being a top rep at my company to just be over looked for a "promotion"
I started working for Solvy and I was told one thing, "there is a big difference between easy and simple. This job and what we do is simple. Become the best student and absorb everything you can and we will teach you the rest". In 8 months I have been able to develop not only professionally but educationally and even relationally. If I had not stumbled across that job posting that linked me to the video of the company video where I saw the ping pong table and energy bar, I probably would still be stuck in an bottomless pit of my old company. Thank you Solvy and the rest of the team for giving me the chance to make something great of myself and become happy again!
Cons
This business is not for everyone, you have to have great work ethic and a personal mentality to self motivate you to challenge yourself. If you have the work ethic and the mentality to keep going strong you could create a very nice career for yourself, professionally, educationally, financially, relationally.
