Very bad experience to the Ex-Employees - Regional Business Head Solutions Infini Technologies Employee Review

I worked in Solutions Infini for more than 2 years, I had a very healthy and legal exit serving entire notice period. I left out of the country on a contract basis job for 2 years. I came back to India and I joined a company which is similar to their business, which is common when it comes to business development. I believe I did the right choice joining the similar kind of job which I already have experience in. They sent me a legal notice last month stating that if you continue to work with my current company which is dangerous and I may have to face the consequences. They have threatened my parents also sent a legal notice to my residential address. Which made my family scared and I have lost my personal dignity in my family. they kept harrasing me sending legal notices all over the places they can reach including my current employer. I am over the edge of losing my current job. I have met Aniket personally after waiting for almost 3 hours in their office to request, please do not spoil my career doing this practice I haven't done anything illegal or unethical in my personal and corporate life. Aniket's reply was this "You have joined a company which I don't like personally, I cannot take back the legal notice, you have to face me in court, I have a better lawyer and money power to pay him to turn the law against you". I guess in a country like India any individual has the liberty to work with any firm he/she likes and feels comfortable with the culture. After discussing this issue in LinkedIn there were so many supports from the senior level management from different countries supporting me. I got shocked when I received several calls from ex-employees saying that they also underwent this issue and all of them lost their jobs due to this. I believe in Karma which will haunt Solutions Infini, they will have to pay for what they have done.
