So glad to be away from this place! I should have known by my interview that the place was going to be like this, but I thought it may just be a fluke or the lady was having a bad day. The woman I interviewed with was completely rude in our interview. She made it clear she was out for blood for another employee. She said, "I just have one more problem to get rid of and I will be happy again". This woman, then became my boss. All down hill from there. She is a complete bully and gossips about everyone. She has the wool pulled over the owners eyes and I am not sure why she runs any department. One of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. She was constantly picking on the other girls in our department. She would change her mind every day on how she wanted things done and then would forget she told you to do it that way. The other person that was suppose to be my boss had no clue what so ever how to do my job, so I am not sure how he even is a boss. Not to mention, he just takes what my boss would say and rides with it, rather than researching and coming to a conclusion on his own. Then there is one of the assistance, who should be professional because of who's assistant she it. This girl gossips and lies all the time about the other employees behind their back. She seems to take pride in it. The office made me feel like I was in high school all over again. Most of the day my boss was never at her desk and would just tell me to figure it out myself. Any time we would ask for help she would get annoyed and have an ignorant comment or belittle you. If the people from the field would call she would call them rude names after she hung up. The entire time I worked here I always had anxiety because the people were just so unprofessional. They claim to be a family oriented company, that is the farthest from the truth. They talk to you like you are stupid or have no clue to what you are doing. If there had been a better teacher or real training the job could be learned quickly. They spend more time gossiping and whispering about others than they do working. There is definitely a lot of favoritism within this company. If you are considering applying I would not recommend it!
