Pros
Company has a lot of room for growth. In the time I have been with them we have out grown an office and are continuing to see growth throughout all departments. Upper management is always open to new ideas and improvements. If you have an idea, you can be sure that it will be heard and considered. Very family oriented company. Co-workers become an extended family. Company provides insurance benefits with the company covering half of the premium. Also one week paid vacation (40hrs) after one year of uninterrupted service. Business is well respected throughout the community and has a huge involvement in growing the future of the community. CEO is super sweet and a huge supporter of the local agricultural programs for children & teens and donates to local 4-H & FFA teams/projects yearly. Administrative personnel and Upper Management all started in the field and have worked their way up. They respect and understand every position within the company. There is a constant appreciation for each and every staff member and the jobs that they perform. CEO is an awesome motivator and really works to create a positive and rewarding workplace.
Cons
The company is constantly growing and changing. Being flexible and able to work in fast-paced and changing environment can be difficult and a stressful task for some. Prioritizing assignments is a huge skill required to be successful here. Management can have a tendency to overload work tasks occasionally, but it keeps you busy and makes the day fly bye.
