Probably the junior colleagues. Even the senior colleagues were passive aggressive.
Cons
The management are all family-related since it’s a family business so they micromanage the staffs a lot. Unable to work independently and your opinions are unheard. You need to follow exactly their orders. Unable to give any input on the work on hand. The managers will monitor you from A to Z even when you need to go to the toilet and lunch. They even monitor the staffs through CCTV. You are not allowed to speak to your workers and make a little noise at all. They will treat you as if you are a robot with no feelings. Sometime they would even disturb you after working hours. Even on my last days, the director and managers mocked my decision to quit and refused to speak to me for a smoother handover. My resignation letter was passed around in the office. The HR is the real big boss of the company since that person is a family member of the CEO so high over turn rate were caused by the family members and senior colleagues.
