Pros
I enjoy the flexibility the company provides; working from home during the last few years has enabled me to maximise my effectiveness whilst also being available to family. There is a lovely, inclusive, communicative environment in place that enables all staff, no matter what they do, to be listened to, influence development, and contribute to the company goals.
Cons
It can be intense at times; the company is responsible for managing the output of some large clients, so we are always seeking better and more efficient ways of delivering our services. The company philosophy is that I should be able to do my job whilst sitting on a beach, I am still trying to achieve that aspiration :-)
