Younger company meant some unexpected change

You get a week off during the Christmas holiday.

I want to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. While the company speaks of positive aspects during the hiring process, once hired it became obvious there are serious concerns about the work environment. Employees are often expected to take on responsibilities well beyond their role without recognition or appropriate compensation. Management frequently takes credit for the work of others, and there appears to be a clear "inner circle" that fosters backstabbing and discourages collaboration. Despite performing at a high level and contributing significantly above expectations, I experienced targeting and retaliation at unprecedented levels. The culture can be hostile and the organization does not seem equipped to protect employees as HR & upper management look the other way when offenses happen. I have worked in the industry for 18 years and I have never experienced a company that openly targets and treats employees the way this company does. Please apply with serious caution - prospective applicants should be aware of these issues before committing.
