Pros
- Flexible working hours - Medical insurance - Great opportunity to learn a lot, because there's always a lot of work to do - There are good and professional people working there (who really deserve much better)
Cons
- Underpaid - Stressful environment - Some departments have no manager, so employers have a lot of responsibility (not paid) - Lack of opportunities - Not the best management I've been forced to learn a lot and to take responsibility on some projects, but salary has always remained the same (just a tiny increase, but it make no difference, my salary was similar to an intern's salary), but I has responsibilities as a manager. And this was more remarkable after the department manager was fired and the team had to adopt all the pressure and the projects. Management Some decisions were taken without listen to employers, who were hired to try to do their best, and that affects to how the business goes. They don't work on team motivation, and that makes the environment very vicious. When I decided to tell I was leaving after finding a new job opportunity (better conditions for me, and also better paid), I had to face very unprofessional actitudes coming from the management, who didn't allow me to use my remaining holidays, even when I told the company that I wanted to use my days and not receive the money.
