Pros
The company truly has a family vibe—full of great people and a positive, supportive atmosphere. The office and facilities are top-notch, with excellent equipment that helps us do our best work. On the front-end side, the tech is aiming for a really high standard. We're constantly exploring and adopting innovative technologies to keep pushing forward. The new managers are doing a fantastic job leading the way, improving both legacy systems and modern setups, and bringing fresh energy to processes and procedures. The company is growing fast, and it’s exciting to be part of that journey. With competitive salaries and lots of opportunities to learn and grow, it’s a great place to build your career.
Cons
Like any company with a long history, there’s a fair amount of legacy code—especially in the front end, with older tech like AngularJS. It can be tough to maintain at times, but tackling it is part of what makes the work meaningful and rewarding. There are also some bad practices left over from the past that still need to be cleaned up. It's definitely a work in progress, but there's a clear push to improve things across the board, and it feels good to be part of that positive change.
