I cannot say enough good things about working here. The people are amazing and so welcoming and helpful that from my 1st day on the job I knew like I'd found my home. Molly and Trevor in H/R are downright awesome! They made the onboarding experience fun and their doors are always open for us. I was very impressed by the interview process mostly the fact that the CEO wanted to have a one-on-one with me after my 1st initial interview. He and the other executive managers are extremely friendly to everyone. We have a weekly meeting where updates are shared by upper management with everyone in the corporate office. This really brings us together and makes us feel like we are truly part of what is happening and that we are a TEAM. I have seen some past negative reviews but the company was under different management then. Jon is nothing short of brilliant yet one of the kindest & most down to earth individuals I have met. I love that he owes the success of the company to every single employee....he realizes how important everyone's role is in the big picture. The work is challenging and can get crazy busy so this is definitely a place for people who want to actually work! I look forward to going to work every single day, and I feel extremely blessed and grateful to be a part of the Soligent family!
