Stable business with cyclical profit cycles treated like a startup Ernst/Young and Deloitte caused irreparable damage during the transition from Intel - management has a huge disconnect from important "unreported" issues even 2 years after divestment SK Hynix management is bad at communicating issues Bonus payout were changed to mostly RCA and RSU(which they don't have to pay you when they let you go inevitably) Recognition for significant effort that used to pay cash is now just kind words Lack of official policy or documentation causing management and employees to frequently clash
