- Product has potential if positioned correctly, however, the company focuses more on cash grab then creating appropriate Lead Gen for their sales department.
- Lack of marketing support, sales generate sales with no standardized branding material or market competitve info. If asked, management consistently advises a false delivery date, or to create it themselves.
- No real implemented strategy, if asked, only direction given is to sell.
- Meetings are held to brainstorm, however no items are actioned by appropriate teams.
