Where should I start. Management want to send emails for work to be done but sit there on their phones all the time looking at pictures and not doing their own jobs. Overworked and UNDERPAID. RUDE management that talk to you like your still the age of 14 and at school. If one of the management doesn’t get their own way it is reflected on to the rest of the team. Very gossipy and backstabbing. Management find it funny laughing at people who have disabilities. Management discriminate people with disabilities. When you make complaints to management nothing is ever done so there is no point even wasting your breath. You could take a day of for your head hanging off and you would still get disciplined. Promise of a pay rise and promoting but it’s just all talk. Even sacked someone who had BREAST cancer!!! and if you have mental health don’t bother applying because they’ll sack you for that aswell. Management are always the first people out the doors while us monkeys are staying past 5 without extra pay. Have to permission to go to the toilet like your still at school. Higher members of staff are all backstabbers so if you make a complaint to anyone about management they won’t even take the complaint into consideration because their all friends. The only time you’ll get a pay rise is if the government put minimum wage up, if they could have us work for nothing they would. Only one person works for HR and she only works there three days a week. No training skills meaning new staff get no training and if they do it’s minimal, then get moaned at for not doing a good job. No kitchen facilities so their is no where to sit at lunch times unless you want to sit at your desk or go outside. All in all save your sanity and mental health and avoid this place like the plague this place will make you SEVERELY depressed and quiet frankly I would rather work in a ww2 bomb disposal site then ever step foot in here again.
