      Pros

      Ability to move around within the company is awesome. Also most of us work remotely but an office is available if you want to go in daily (depending on where you are at). Everything needed for work resources is provided. Health care is reasonable

      Expect real time meetings a lot.

      Great technology with AI. Lots of Data to work with so can definitely come up with innovative solutions. Work was exciting.

      Cons

      Some older code platforms that need to be re-written. Need more collaboration between groups.
