      Good tech stack. Learning scope is available. Provides support for education

      Cons

      No proper designation given to freshers based on their skills. Non computer science background students got into developer roles and computer science background students got into testing. Which is liking killing the future of aspiring engineer

      Pros

      Remote work - for most. Comp plan is not bad. Some good middle management.

      Cons

      Poor Executive Leadership. Too many gaps in resources as many folks have been leaving and they're not backfilling fast enough. Product satisfaction level has dropped significantly. Billing is an actual tire fire, I truly feel bad for the workers in that department and the customers who are experiencing it.
