This is a great job.

It is very high stress.

The freedom here is incredible. I am a very self-motivated and independent person and I thrive with performance-based awards, so the environment of Soledad is perfect for me. The culture here provides a really nice balance between independent work and teamwork. I love that I can work on my own and for the most part, work at my own pace and determine my own results, but I also love the team pow wows, the energy and camaraderie are really great.

This job is only for people who are very self-motivated. If you need constant supervision or uplifting, this is not for you. I have seen people come and go, because they were just not the right fit for our company culture and they couldn't motivate themselves to do well.
