      Strong culture driven by great people. A solid place to learn and grow. Communication is clear and straightforward, with no false promises. They’re transparent about the company’s situation. If things aren’t going well, they openly acknowledge it, which I really appreciate.

      Nothing specific. Considering the company’s scale, they’re offering what they reasonably can.

      Pros

      Exposure, responsibilities, some of the people.

      Cons

      Management is horrible, clique-ey and says things like “We’re a family” so they can abuse you. They make books like love as a business language and the ceo tried to milk how terrible of a leader he was in an attempt to virtue signal his book. Not kind people. Manipulative and snake like.
