Pros
The software they use to do the tests and see the aptitudes of the candidates is simply impressive, I can say that it is the best selection process in which I have ever participated. The people is just so kind that you feel comfortable and with confidence.
Cons
It is not negative, but my role within the company was not very clear to me, later I learned a little more but the information was not entirely clear.
