Run away. Best advice I could give you. This place is a joke, run by a horrible boss and his best friend who pretends she knows everything. No communication, no direction, no room for advancement, expensive benefits. Was lied to and was told the company has a bunch of employees at different locations. Was told there is a DC office of people. There’s no DC office, it’s probably just a cubicle if anything.. with no additional employees, just a place for the boss to go. Cheesy website. Take the video off the website! Seriously, it’s embarassing how many of those people don’t work for Software Tech anymore. His best friend who works there is super rude, bossy, unfriendly and will talk to you like garbage when nobody is watching. Boss does nothing. He literally couldn’t care less. Everyone seems scared of the boss, everybody that works there is off in their own little world because they have accepted the fact that their opinions mean nothing, so they don’t even bother. You have to be a mind reader to work here. No talking, no laughing, you have to whisper. It’s a really weird environment, unlike anything I’ve ever seen and if you don’t want to cry on your way to work, don’t work here.
