They have frequent turnover for roles on the business side (sales, marketing) There is not as much freedom as promised, senior management has a very specific thing they want & they aren't good at communicating or trusting in marketing There is a lot of unrealistic expectations on the role for just one person & very little to work with, none of senior management truly had deep marketing experience & don't actually understand it

It's built from the ground-up to cater to nerds. It's a casual place, with plenty of support if you ask. Management is flexible with working arrangements, and you can actually use your vacation. It's a fantastic place to start a penetration testing career.
