Pros
I love the fact that we currently (as of September 2023) have a hybrid working environment. This really helps with work/life balance as traffic i n Austin is terrible, and you can easily add an additional 1-2 hours to your workday if we were to commute daily to and from the office.
Cons
This isn't really a con, but you must remain highly motivated every day to make money. It is a competitive-commission based pay structure on top of a relatively low hourly rate.
