Pros
SOFTRAX has seen a turbulent couple of years, but with new leadership and a revised product strategy, things have been turning around. The working environment is a positive one, thanks to a close-knit, experienced team coupled and highly approachable senior management. Laudable levels of transparency with regards to financials, performance, and long-term planning. Current product developments look promising.
Cons
Facilities are very functional, so don't expect Google-like glamour. Flexible scheduling is great for employees, but does mean the office can seem a little empty at times. Health benefits aren't the greatest. Canton HQ location is a bit isolated in general.
