I recommend this place. Very friendly people.

Did not find any cons.

Overall it is an ok place to work if w2 is not necessary. Many software professionals have broad work experience, making it a good place for beginners- mid-specialists. I used to work here for 2 years on 3 different projects in different teams and never had any ethical issues.

Management is ok, but it's better not to ask them much. Salary-wise, Im sure there are better places, but if you are looking for experience, this is the right place, especially if you a contractor and can manage 2+ projects at a time.
