Pros
-fun environment -flexible hours -daily fruits there is not much else I can write about this without thinking of cons.
Cons
-bad management -convoluted development process -management doesn't consider employees needs/suggestions -bad development practices -lacks hacker culture -poor career opportunities -poor compensation,evaluation and bonuses -doesn't care about creating experts, would rather have drones -cheap on cheap things(soap, toilet paper)
