CEO randomly joins meetings, reads out what I assume is the top self help post from LinkedIn and then implies that if you ever disagree with him you will be out of a job.
HR micromanages all employees. When employees are not using the software HR provides, instead of reflecting on why they just enforce use and write up anyone who does not comply.
Despite HR micromanaging the rank and file employees, upper management does not seem to have any accountability. High level managers in the company will routinely just not show up to meetings without any heads up and not give any thought to their direct reports.
Long hours are expected of employees year after year. Management knows this but instead of taking steps to address it they just send everyone a box of organic granola bars during busy season.
