Pros
I enjoyed working with the people that were there. Management liked to see when someone had a new idea and would help you to get there. If you showed initiative the management would like that. Co-workers were nice to work with for the most part. I butted heads with one or two of their former employees but overall enjoyed the company and the employees. Real positive place for the most part.
Cons
In my department they were not very flexible what time you came in a left, I would have liked to come in early and leave early. "It wasn't one of those as long as you get your work done, you make your own hours" type of places. Oh and if you start an internship in development from another department consider this your warning, its a Joke. When they assign your mentor, they will fail to mention it to the them till the week of the internship, so the mentor has no time to prep. Also on top of that the mentor is not given any flex time to help you out directly (So basically you are on your own with the internship. Learn at your own pace with no instruction seems to be the motto. And Moving up does not seem to be something in my department that they wanted to do.
