Pros
Pretty good pay, pretty good benefits, nice colleagues and the general managers were great to communicate with. Good work-life balance, professional HR teams.
Cons
Zero job security. Given that they're operating in outsourcing, I was aware my work is only valuable if can be sold to clients. However, they reassured me during the hiring phase that there's always work to go around, even if my client ceases their collaboration. Fast forward, the client I was with had to stop their contract due to funds. At that point Softbinator pressured me as well as many other colleagues to 'quit' our job with 1 month of severance pay. No bench, no pushing for us to join other projects. They did not have options, and did not have our back. They effectively let go of a number of highly talented seniors instead of benching them and finding appropriate projects.
All this while boasting through all hand meetings about how they're in a high growth phase, securing large clients from the US and that no one would have to leave the company.
I don't see the benefit of being employed to an outsourcing company, if my job security is virtually the same as being a freelancer (with worse pay).
Apart from this there were several dodgy practices by C-level management during my time there that I can't go into detail.
Overall I was 90% happy with the job but the way they treated me at the end wasn't pleasant and I can't recommend anyone working there due to this.
