Pros
Flexibility and independent schedule management. Very good colleagues in certain departments who were there for me when my department turned its back on me.
Cons
I didn't gain too much experience in the organization, but I was part of it for a decent amount of time. I was at the nerve center of the organization and I can say that the situation is very worrying, starting with the conduct of the managers who think they are gods and emperors and the controversial economic considerations. The headquarters feels like a hornet's nest. In such a challenging situation there was no point in talking about a salary increase or a promotion. Honestly, there is no horizon in such a place.
