Pros

To start with, the most amazing part of this company is that it does not let you feel like you are working in an office; the environment and work culture is very friendly. Here I had tons of opportunities to learn new things while working with a great & different Startups. This I found to be quite helpful in building my career in a fruitful manner. SodaInMind also gave me an exposure to work in an another country by helping me join their own client's organization as a full-time employee. Fellow-mates: Here everyone is very helpful and friendly. I have made such delightful relations with many people here.

Cons

Nothing much that I can think of, but can improve their business strategy.

Pros

I have been working at Sodainmind for 8 years, and it has been a tremendous learning experience. The management encourages using the latest technologies, and the team is always focused on building scalable, high-quality solutions. It is great to work in an environment where innovation is prioritized. The collaborative atmosphere makes it easy to brainstorm ideas and solve complex technical challenges. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a growth-oriented career.

Cons

Because the team is lean, you often have to wear multiple hats. It’s great for learning, but it can be tiring if you prefer doing just one specific thing.
