Pros

Friendly coworkers, everyone is in the same boat, fulfilling work

Cons

Way too much work for the pay, no appreciation, short deadlines, lots of pressure... did I mention no appreciation?

Pros

I’ve had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in an environment that truly values its people. One of the biggest pros of working here is the hybrid flexibility, it allows me to stay productive while also being present for my family, which is incredibly important to me. The work-life balance is something we genuinely prioritize, and it shows in how we support each other as a team.. We have a collaborative, friendly culture, and I can honestly say I enjoy working with everyone here. The owner is involved and approachable, and leads with integrity and heart — which sets the tone for the entire organization. If you’re looking for a place where your voice matters and your well-being is respected, Social Strategy1 is that kind of company.

Cons

With the hybrid work model, we’re not always in person together as a team. While we get a lot done remotely, there’s something uniquely valuable about face-to-face collaboration that can be harder to replicate virtually. Some of our best brainstorming and team bonding happens when we’re all in the same room.

Pros

My co-workers were fun to work with and easy to get along with. We stuck together through thick and thin.

Cons

The team got smaller and smaller over time because people kept quitting. We had to do stuff that was above our pay grade because of how small the team was. There was hardly any room for growth. The employees don't get the appreciation they deserve. We were constantly overworked and way underpaid. There was no structure when I started working there then we finally got our s*** together and things got better, but then took a turn for the worst. There was a serious lack of support by management. Expect to work HARD and under pressure.
