Pros
A great career starting point and depending on your department, could supply a good amount of growth. Everyone was easy to talk to regarding work and assignments that needed distributing. Very casual and laid back environment. Very lenient when it came to days off or time off needed for personal needs or otherwise.
Cons
Turn over rate in certain departments caused a lack of unity in some departments. Sometimes different departments didn't communicate enough or clearly with other departments which caused a lack of organization.
