- Nepotism to the core and highly politicized. You need to be in the “special circle” to access opportunities / be heard
- Pathetic C level new hire in certain area, who has near-zero EQ and keen on alienating existing talent in every possible way. Unfortunately seems to have CEO’s backing!
- Totally ineffective or incompetent HR. They seem incapable of containing massive attrition caused by the C level change
- BUs pushing for growth at all costs.., may not be sustained for long and questionable downturn -readiness
