-Competitive pay -401k -Health Benefits -PTO & Floating holidays Honestly, I'm not only new to this area, but I was also new to the entire "office lifestyle" as well. My experience thus far has been nothing short of spectacular. I have comfortable relationships with the management and the higher up executives are more than friendly and approachable. The friendliness doesn't stop with management every one from IT to the janitorial staff will go out of their way to help. There is a lot of internal promotions and opportunity to advance your career path or stay right where you want to be.
Cons
There aren't really any cons. If you know what you're signing up for then there shouldn't be much that surprises you. If you don't want to answer calls all day don't apply. This is a call center.
