Pros

A great learning environment with good leadership. A lot of opportunity here to refurnish ourself to explore something new and exciting in present role. Rapidly growing company as per clients tale and experienced professionals queue.

Cons

Need tobe more competitive in industry in terms of employee welfare and benefits as this is the very intense competitive factor to retain or attract the talent. However, company done a lot of good moves in past 3 years and continuously moving in same direction.
